J'ai passé une commande en mai 2023 et j'attends toujours le remboursement. Ils m'ont envoyé une capture d'écran qui indique que le virement aurait été effectué sur mon compte depuis le 3 juillet mais il n'y a aucun mouvement de ce genre en réalité. Ma banque m'a confirmé que je n'avais jamais reçu quoi que ce soit de cette entreprise! Alors plus jamais d'achat chez eux !

I've always had a great experience purchasing from colourpop. I'm in Canada and I don't think I've ever received a broken product, everything is always packaged really well.

Haven’t received the purchase

I only received one item or out of the 5 I ordered, then was told I would get a replacement package for 3 of the items (which i did) , but the total package eyeliner set was sold out and I would get a refund. That was in the middle of June and I never got the refund of $99 plus tax that i paid for the set. Now the total package set is back in stock. At this point I would like the eyeliner package I ordered instead of the refund since I've waited this long anyway.

Great selection of good quality makeup. Not only do you get a large variety of color schemes, but also the prices are very affordable.
