Amazing eyeliner. Loved the lippie pencils. Chefs kiss to those. But the mascara was a flop. Arrived so dry and flakey. They need better quality control.

Ordered 9 of these 2 weeks before a bachelorette party. Ordered didn’t come on time and was over 3 business days late, so we didn’t end up being able to use them or give them to the girls. I contacted customer service to return the order and they “don’t do returns”. This information is not apparent on the website and is only in the FAQs. If you’re going to have a “no returns” policy then it should be clearly stated on the website, not hidden in the FAQs. There’s also a 15% off code that you get when you allow them to sell your information which is a scam too. All they gave me was a $5 off coupon as if I’ll shop this brand ever again.

Outstanding customer support, and then the products are phenomenal. Jelly shadows are now my favorite, no more shadow dust landing all over my cheeks, plus they look sooo good.

Ravie. J’avais très peur de commander car les produits viennent d’Amérique. Au final, j’ai reçu la commande plutôt rapidement, les produits sont arrivés hyper bien protégés, emballés soigneusement et surtout sans aucune casse. Tout est de très bonne qualité, les packagings sont incroyables. Je repasserai une nouvelle commande sans hésiter. Je recommande a 100%.
