The shipping and delivery time are…
The shipping and delivery time are ridiculously long. This is a big company not a Mom and Pop shop. The customer service sound like an automated machine, they're no help at all. This experience makes me want to just drive to the nearest Ulta and purchase products from them.

Overall its good :) ill keep buying
its good but it takes a little while to arrive and i have experience product damage in the shipping like twice out of five purchases i have made, but overall its good :)
