Colourpop comes out with products that are consistently good. I don’t think I’ve ever purchased from them and have been disappointed. I’ve ordered super shock shadows, eyeshadow palettes, lip glosses, lip sticks, blush, skincare (Fourth Ray Beauty) and have been satisfied each time. The only times I dont *love* a product is when I realize the color doesn’t suit me best. I will continue to order from them. They have sales often, and even without the sales the prices are good. Their packaging is pretty simple, which is understandable and I don’t mind. Their new lip gloss tubes Im OBSESSED with. The formula is amazing, I would compare it to the fenty one. It’s comfortable, not like an oil, not sticky, and not thick but it feels so juicy on the lips. The best.

Paid high shipping charges to UK where delivery is by dhl and hermes both useless as they dont have a customer number only through chat. Gave both strict instructions not to leave my parcels at the door instead to tell the driver to deliver after 11am and call me if not possible but not to leave at door if no one is home we have lots of robberies in our area. Instructions were ignored, but I got the parcels when we got home. Products ordered are tiny the chrome eyeshadow is 1.5 g only I have never seen such a tiny product even my mascara is bigger not worth it this product is for 12 dollars! Clever marketing on social media showing the product as close up and no mention of size. Customer service S was not helpful when I told her about the delivery messup.

The colors are nice, but I travel a lot and the lip gloss continue to lean over everything. I’ve taken around 3 trips with the lipstick and they’ve leaked every time
