The Products themselves were all nice quality the packaging on the other hand was not. Both the packaging for the Lippy stix and the Lippy pencils were broken and caked in dirt. Some of the products had fallen completely out of the packaging and were also dirty. I had to wipe everything off individually so i could use them. For a company that offers no refunds i expect better packaging to ensure the products i can’t return are actually clean and usable. Probably won’t order from here again and will just buy my Colourpop products from Ulta where i can get a refund if something is dirty and lesser quality than i expect.

This is a pretty palette, it's my favorite one. Some of the matte eyeshadows are powdery and produce fallout but on the whole I like alot. Love that the eyeshadows are vegan and cruelty free as well.

Always such good quality for the price. Only complaint was that one of my Super Shock Shadows was dried out but that’s the first time I can ever remember that happening.

They don't insure packages sent. Ordered an expensive item and it went missing. They ultimately replaced it, but it took ages, and the item ordered was a birthday gift that ended up being weeks late. Replacement item received was in poor condition. Their shipping is awful and unreliable and took forever, and I will not order from them again.

Loved the eye shadow palette and how vivid the colors are. Eyeliners go on very smooth.
