I've been a huge fan of ColourPop for a few years now and have loved them consistently! The quality is beyond compare and the beautiful packaging is a really nice bonus. You don't have to pay for a designer name to get the best of quality and I feel ColourPop is better than you'd expect for the incredible price point. Other than my mascara and 1 other brand of eyeshadow (once in a while), I am in love and use my ColourPop! My only gripe would be the shipping time. It really takes too long from the time you order until receipt is about 10 days. All in all, though, I'll never give up on my ColourPop!

I appreciate Colourpop’s packaging, all of my items have always came in great condition and it also feels so luxurious to open packaging that makes the experience more exciting. They add fun and thoughtful details, making the products feel high end. All the information on the website is a great description for the item you receive.

While the support and solution was satisfactory, it was a bummer that I didn't get my products. I had been on the haunt to order them when in stock and I wasn't given any reason why they never made it to my home.

Everything came exactly as i ordered, and customer service was super useful and kind.

Great prices, great selection, very good quality product. I use their cosmetics every day! As good as other brands but costs much less. And cute packaging!
