I have been ordering since at least lockdown. Once I had my order cancelled on the ulta card with no explanation. Now after my last recent order I thought I ordered the latte pallet but received petals on pointe? I was told I can’t exchange, return, or refund and it took repeated emails to get that information and now it’s all 75% off to boot? At least ulta and target allow returns even if used. Why did it cost the same price as my pallet for shipping when I live in the the same county you’re in? Your products were great which is why I was a repeat customer till now.

The product are up to date and always come with cheerful and colorful packaging, the shipping was fast for international, shopping online with a very good interface on the website is the winner, plus the sales and promo.
