Excellent product but the delivery took a bit

Products arrived broken and late, and there was no refund or exchange.

I purchased two eyeshadow palettes and eyeliner. All of the products are really easy to use and of good quality.

Was a gift for my sister and she absolutely loves it!

Eye-shadows are great, very pigmented! I have several different colourpop palettes, all of them have been great, and the prices are amazing.

I haven’t received my order which was made in November. The tracking showed that it has been stuck somewhere so understandably it isn’t ColourPop’s fault per se, but the logistics makes the whole experience a bit frustrating. A positive note though is that the customer service team has been very kind, Erin in particular, owns it up and offered an alternative solution. That’s still being arranged so we will see if problem will finally be resolved. But Erin has been there to keep me sane haha.

After hours of selecting what products to purchase, my order was canceled after maybe a day after placing my order.
