I ordered the full Sailor Moon collection (1 &2)!!! The price and packaging was great; the makeup came in a very thick box and protected fully with an extra layer over the brand packing itself plus air bags to make sure it didn't move inside the box. The box was also sealed, and had a caption of fragile. Colourpop's quality regarding makeup is well known, so I don't think I need to tell a lot about the products. But for ppl interested: The shadow palettes are very cool. Matte colors pigmetn wonderfully, and there are satinated colors, metallic ones and glitter eyeshadows that are alredy pre-glued so you don't need a primer or extra glue. Blushes and highligthers are simply amazing. Lisptcicks are a bit tricky, mostly it seems they are to be used as in korean fashion so the formula is kind of like a tint. My advice tho is that if you're ordering from outside the US you will need a lot of patience. My package arrived on the last day of the 21 workdays period the website holds as policy. I don't suggest ordering for a gift or important date unless you have a 3 month or so of pre time. Also have in mind they don't send you a message nor a call about your package being close to delivery, so if you don't have someone at home 24/7 to receive or a sort of area where deliver employees can leave the order you might want to consider that.

My order arrived in perfect condition. The only fault is the delay :)

Order 4 items on Black Friday for a Christmas gift. First package got lost in transit and took forever to arrive. When it did finally show up half the items were missing. Took at least a week to finally get customer service to offer to send the rest of my order. Another week in transit and the gift did not arrive on time. Nothing offered for my troubles or inconvenience. The products themselves are decent however irritated my eyes

Everything was packaged safely and well and I recieved my order sooner than expected!

Marketing and advertising is on point for ColorPop. The collaborations they do with other companies and brands are always fun to see, my favorites being Sailor Moon and Frozen. The products are always affordable, good quality and work well with my skin. I have never had an issue with their products and plan on continuing to support them and purchasing from ColorPop.
