It came in a timely manner. My only problem is the glitters are a little hard to get onto a make up brush.

Colourpop sold to me no problem and then flagged me as a fraud risk due to wonky ai.

Great affordable products in terms of the quality of the formulations, packaging and range. A few products fall flat of the usual standard such as the colored mascara and some of the lighter coloured liquid/gel liners.

The products are great and always so affordable, but the shipping takes a LONG time (event if it's not a holiday) and you have to pay extra taxes when you receive them at the local post office (for the countries in Europe).

Customer service is prob the worst I’ve experienced in years. It’s not safe ordering from their site bc when they lose your package, they give you a coupon that doesn’t cover the next cost of shipping on an order they lost. I’d say visit their ultra section but that’s typically skimpy and lackluster too.

I have bought several things from colourpop and I am absolutely in love!

Good product, anti lip feather. I get 4 at a time, one for my purse one for my make up bag and 2 back ups. It's hard to fine this product at stores.
