Ok time and packaged nicely!

I like the variety of colorpop. All the colabs and special editions, makes it very fun and interesting to shop, however... I have to unfortunately say that the products don't stack up for me. The "award winning" color shock is gone in a few hours. Their lipsticks become patchy and dry, and I've tried so many different formulas. The pressed powders like blushes, highlighters or eye shadows are so powdery. The "glitter" just flakes off. My eyebrow pen works about 50% of the time. I'm just unimpressed. I've tried several times, multiple times to love this brand but I end up wasting more of my money while thinking I'm getting a good deal. Not so much, their price point should be lower based on of their quality, maybe if they didn't spend so much time and money on packaging they could actually produce a solid product. I've moved on, but that's also just my opinion.

The best eyeshadow in the world

High quality makeup and skin care that are often "dupes" or better for more expensive brands. Wide variety for products to meet all needs with very reasonable prices. Customer service is outstanding.

The website, shipping information, and most of the makeup was great! I do not like the formula of the lip products that I bought unfortunately, it was supposed to be a liquid creme, but made my lips feel super dry while wearing them, even when I tried putting on chapstick underneath, they still somehow felt dry. They were very uncomfortable. But the eyeshadow works great, and I love the blush!

The order took way to long to be shipped, the customer service agent I was emailing with did nothing to help me and when I got the package, 2 of the 3 pallets were broken. It was my intention to gift these pallets to my best friend whom I was visiting of of the contry, so I didn't have time to ask for a change because the delivery was made 13 days after the online purchase. Way too long.

Love all of your colors. Love their staying power. Love your prices.
