I set my alarm and ordered the twilight collection the minute it was launched. A week later I was told it was on back order. This makes absolutely no sense. I still have not received my order.

I loved the fact that it was a Twilight collaboration and I purchased the Team Edward lip oil. It is super pretty and shipping was fast. However, my complaint is that it doesn’t even last 10 minutes before it’s completely gone. Even if nothing is drank or eaten.

I received my package quickly. As always, I love ColourPop

I received confirmation number for launch and then get an email after messaging them two weeks after (twice) that my products wouldn’t ship for 3 weeks.

I am still waiting for my twilight collection. I have yet to receive it and I purchased it within seconds of it launching.

I ordered the limited edition Twilight collection as a birthday present for myself. My package didn’t arrive and all colourpop was able to do was refund me. It was never about the refund but the collection itself since I’m a huge fan of Twilight. Super disappointing.

I got the wrong product from the twilight collection. They offered me a coupon. To use the coupon I would have to buy a lot more stuff and wait around 45 more days to receive. And I couldn't buy the product I wanted because it's not in stock!! That's not fair. I would like a refund.
