I didn’t receive my order

The product I ordered was very nice and had been ordered as Valentine's presents. However, the shipping took way longer then it should have and the packaging for shipping was badly chosen. The items arrived with the outer boxes in poor condition such that I couldn't give them as presents as intended. To top that off, Colourpop has no phone number for customer service, only an email that I received no response from. So this was the first and last time I will ever order from this company

My first order got lost at customs but customer services were very supportive and sent out a 2nd package which arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Mistakes happen and thats ok and they dealt with it in a very professional and kind way. Trustworthy and high quality, thank you :)
