I found the experience really nice. The shipping was fast and the product came undamaged. I love the formulae of everything that I purchased and will definitely be buying from here again.

Products are great for the most part but often arrive broken. Many of the eyeshadow palettes I've purchased have arrived damaged. Also, every single discount code I've ever been given for making such large purchases or leaving reviews has been useless to me for when I go to apply them, every single time without fail, I get an error code. Granted it's only a $5 coupon but when I spend a hundred plus dollars in most orders, I think I'm entitled to a slight discount. Customer service is also lacking for whenever I have a question or an issue, I very rarely get a response, And if I do it's never in a timely manner.
