terrible lack of refund policy, couldn’t cancel my order despite not being shipped out yet

Everything came to Serbia without a problem.

I liked how fast the shipping was and the value of being able to construct my own pallet based on the colors that i like. I also liked the variety of colors to chose from. However, some of the shimmers that i chose don’t really pay off. I had the Brazil pallet in the past which was so pigmented that i was excited to try this and it’s kind of been letting me down. Will continue to play with it and see if anything changes

Loved the tinted moisturizer and the lip tint I got. My face does not feel caked up at all!

I loved how they gave updates on shipping and the products are amazing especially pigment wise
