Great products!

Prompt delivery and product selection and quality.

After having to contact Colourpop customer service for noticing that my parcel was stuck still in Germany transit since May 6th and literally no any updated for over a month, they delayed to reply to me after already and finally receiving my order 2 months later of the date of order (early of April). I never had such a negative experience with online orders and sadly it was my first purchase from Colourpop company. I am considering to not purchase from them again even though they have really nice products that I'd like to own. The funny part is that I kept receiving an email from them to rate my order and win 5 euros/dollars (whatever) discount for my next order and I hadn't had received my order yet. I don't know... it was a really bad experience. I was even afraid that my order was missed or something. I had to contact delivery couriers and my local post office to track my order that changed tracking number and I had no information about it.

The package arrived in a timely manner, the quality is great and everything is well packaged. Overall beautiful!!

Mascara is very flaky but the eyeshadows are super pigmented

The products are . I love the mascara. Especially the wine color. The lip oil is great
