There seems to be no quality control in the packaging. My order came with a slip listing what I'd ordered but what was in the package was still wrong. It took weeks to get the first package so having to wait for what I'd actually ordered was so frustrating. The products are fine but they need to focus on quality control in packaging.

I ordered many items, one little pan on one palette came crumbled. I reached out to customer service via message, Colour Pop mailed me a whole new palette. Due to me not reading the directions properly (need to include not only a photo of the broken product but also the 4-digit code on the bottom of the palette), I was even over the return window. Will definitely be purchasing from Colour Pop again!!
