Products are seriously fantastic but I didn’t get the mistery palettes in my package so.. I’m disappointed. ☹️

I saw the ad for Twilight pallets and I knew I had to get it. Colourpop offered 3 more smaller sets for a very low price and I couldn't resist! I can never resist a sparkle and I'm so thrilled that the glitter doesn't bother my sensitive eyes! All my items arrived quickly and safely. I will be a returning customer!

The order came in a brown envelope, not the usual lovely box, it looked as if it was thrown into the bag as if my cosmetics were trash. I will not be ordering again.Very disappointing.

I made quite a large order of single blushes and an eyeshadow palette recently everything arrived to the UK safely with no damage. Quite impressed how well everything was packaged. Haven’t had any issues with previous orders. Can’t comment on contacting customer services as I have never had to. Just wish Colourpop was in UK stores or they charged in £ rather than $ as bank charges you.

I recently purchased a super affordable eyeshadow mystery box 3 piece set for $15! Was SO excited to purchase a Colourpop mystery box! I have always wanted to get one!

I ordered two the Mystery Eye Shadow Palettes bundles, and was very disappointed that the bundles were the exact same. If I had known that they would repeat palettes I would not have ordered more than one. I wish it was stated in the description that duplicates were possible if ordering more than one bundle at a time. Many other customers had the same issue.

Always tons of great products to choose from. Reasonable prices and quality products.
