The ease of purchase, always love the products!

The products are great and the prices are great as well. But you basically have to twist their arm for a refund for a product they forgot to ship. I had originally asked for a refund or for it to be sent free of charge instead gave me a $5 coupon at first to cover the cost of the eyeshadow. Which makes no sense or difference when the shipping to Canada is $14. Why would someone pay more when they never received the product in the first place. Had to email a second time just to get the refund. And fortunately the refund did show up days later. I like their products and would like to order from them again. But I don’t want the hassle if they mess up again.

I love Colorpop products and am always amazed how quickly my orders arrive given the distance. Everything is always well packed and arrives in perfect condition.

I made a purchase on May 31, it arrived on approximately June 28 and when I check it, the wrong products arrived, I contacted you and you informed me that the purchase money would be returned and to this day that has not happened. I need a solution!
