Love the shock shadows. Always want the shimmer

misleading advertisement. very unhappy with purchase. “halloween box” had nothing of halloween or fall. was a complete waste of my money. won’t use a single product. i feel totally taken advantage of.

I got what I needed. Everything was good quality and was sent out quickly. I even tried a few new products this time, and liked most of them.

Orders are always processed quickly, and I like the ease of ordering from Canada. Products are excellent quality. While it would be nice to be able to buy in-store here, I kind of like that it's a bit less available in Canada so that it feels a bit more unique.

If you live in the UK, Colourpop adds appropriate taxes as you checkout which means I've received no nasty surprise bills from the courier. Colourpop makes great eyeshadows and blushes which arrive carefully packaged.

I bought the Stranger Things eyeshadow pallet for $26, and a day or so later got an email that the pallet was $12 cheaper than what I paid for it. I contacted customer service with picture proof about what I paid versus what was being advertised and the only response I got was “the price is $26 sorry for the inconvenience”. The email was a mistake and that’s false advertising if you ask me. I should have been refunded $12. I know that doesn’t seem like much money to some people but it is to me!
