The answer was polite - but unfortunately the problem (that the shipment was not released by customs due to incomplete shipping documents) has not yet been remedied. Instead, I was referred to the post office for the time being - but I hope that gets sorted out since I've already paid.

I Love ColourPop! I have tried a multitude of their products, and so far there is not one thing i don't love. Super shock shadows stay on, i never have to worry about creasing. Eyeliners are the best I've ever used. Jelly Much shadows are my favorite in my life of using eyeshadow, they are FUN to apply, colors are gorgeous. I have a collection and really have a hard time deciding which colors to use. Collaboration sets are really hard to beat, from the packaging to the items inside. I LOVE each item !
