I ordered the VAAST R/1 ultegra bike, and it's been great! After I ordered, I didn't see a shipping label generated for 3 business days, so I sent a quick email to customer service asking for an update. They got back to me within a few hours providing me with the shipping label and the bike arrived that day! The bike came mostly assembled, and I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't necessary to take it to a shop to have it put together.

I purchased a Bianchi Arcadex 700C Pro. I felt the price Colorado Cyclist offered was very competitive with similar bicycles. The bike arrived in great condition and on the day estimated. Assembly of the bike was straightforward. It consisted of charging the derailleur battery, installing the saddle, handlebar and my own pedals. My first ride was great. The bike is lively, smooth and absorbs trail bumps well. I'd never experienced electronic shifting before. It's quick and precise. I highly recommend considering this feature if it is offered.

Ordering was very easy and quick! My riding gloves {Giro Jag'ette Road Cycling Glove - Womens} came, though the fit was a bit tight, a return and new pair was taken care of quickly! My order placed for my bike tires {Continental Grand Prix 5000 Tire - 700 x 23} were also quick to receive. The great news was I was actually able to order them with Colorado Cyclist!
