The original shipping envelope contained only the shipping slip but no hub body. I sent an email with pictures attached explaining the problem. I received a reply from Ren apologizing for the error. She said she would investigate and verified my shipping address. I received a shipping notification the next day for the part that was missing. Very happy with Ren’s resolution.
