The app was easy to use and generated great ideas for me try and the virtual try-on was pretty realistic.

I buyed the trial, and it was completely wrong, total opposite. So I cancel everything or further transaction. Surprise, a week later I got charges $43 for subscription! Tried to contact customer service, they don’t care at all - no refund, no credit, nothing! Why I would have wanted to pay for something that useless ?!?
