First, the hairstyle and hair color options are quite limited and the results are not very realistic. The biggest issue, however, is the subscription policy. The fact that you will be automatically charged a very high subscription fee once the trial period ends is not clearly disclosed. Even worse, I cancelled my subscription before the end of the trial period, yet I was still charged. I contacted customer support and provided proof that my cancellation had been confirmed by them, but I am still waiting for a response regarding my refund request. At this point, I can only hope that I will at least receive a refund.

Just like everybody else saying, this is a SCAM!!!! Paid $0.99, seven days later they charged me $29.90, out of nowhere. Nowhere it says anything about subscription. You cannot log in to their website and app doesn't exist. Awful! Fraudsters!

This is a SCAM. You pay $0.99 for a AI quiz result, then a week later they somehow steal $29.90 from your bank account even though I never set up a subscription. There is no email, no portal to cancel, nothing. I have to cancel my credit card now. Do not use!

Dreadful company. Signed up for trial but didn’t subscribe, they’ve still taken money. That’s fraud. Cannot even find a website to look at my alleged account. They are scammers. Site just gives a load of colours so wouldn’t be worth subscribing anyway.

Dreadful scam company, as others have experienced. During the $1, 7 day trial, I could not log in and received an email asking me to try again which I did with no success. I used the message service on the website to cancel my account, no reply. Then found I could log in because £22.73 had been taken from my bank account. I immediately contacted them through their website and email. Reply email said they had cancelled my account but no refund as they had no record of my original request to cancel! Then a second email arrived saying the account had been closed. Third email asked for number of my credit card to cancel the account! Total shambles. Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely misleading service. The checkout page aggressively pushes “ONLY $1” everywhere, but quietly hides a recurring subscription in small text below the payment section. I genuinely believed this was a one-time payment. Later they charged me again for a subscription I never knowingly intended to sign up for. The funniest part? The “AI color analysis” report itself is extremely generic and low quality. Honestly, ChatGPT gives far better and more detailed fashion/color advice for free. Completely not worth the money. Support cancelled future renewals but refused to refund the charge, even after explaining the misleading checkout flow. Please read everything very carefully before paying. Personally, I would not recommend this service at all and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

Avoid this website. It's a scam. You pay for a one day trial and end up with a subscription you never asked for. The website is now flagged as dangerous by Norton security. I had to contact my bank to get them to block ongoing payments, I'm still worried they won't try to get money from my account.

SCAM! I think they sold my card details. I used the service and used a card I don’t use for anything else. I thought I had cancelled by emailing them as required but a few months later I realised they never cancelled instead they kept charging me. I am in the process of disputing with the bank and this morning I get an alert that my card has been used in the USA at various places (I live in Australia) and I am not overseas. I have not used this card anywhere else and given their dodgy way of not cancelling my subscription, I am assuming they have also sold my card details somewhere as well as I have not given this cards details to any other online retailer. I have since cancelled my card and disputed all transactions
