I'm 79 and they don't have a $9.95 plan for my age. They send me offers at high rates for only a $1000 in life insurance. Very dishonest on their TV ads.
I like getting there offers in the mail along with extended auto warranty offers.
I save the letters. I will use them as fire starters in my wood burning stove this winter. Keep up the good offers.

Stay far far away from this insurance…
Stay far far away from this insurance company. By far the worst experience I’ve had dealing with an insurance company and receiving a claim check. First check didn’t cash with several banks - called Colonial Penn and they were supposed to issue a new check. Couldn’t explain why the first check couldn’t cash. But okay, what happened to the second check? The rep didn’t put the order in and now I have to wait 7-10 more days. My mother passed on July 8th…horrid experience - stay away.

Benefit graded policy $300
Everyone I talk to about this phenomenal $9.95 a month/$.35 a day life insurance guaranteed without medical questions doesn't know the most basic aspect of life insurance and that is a graded benefit benefits so yes no medical exam guaranteed from 50 to 85 years old and if you die as young as 50 you get a whopping 1700 so your wife can pay next month's rent but if you're lucky enough to make it to 85 you get a whopping $300!! How many people would enroll if they knew this?

I call them to see what they offer for…
I call them to see what they offer for $9.95 , and they collect all my personal information and after that they told me the representative will call you, that never happened . I think they are in the business of get your information and sell it. Overall they have 1.3 star imagine how good they are.

Colonial Penn stole my money
Colonial Penn stole my money. I never wanted life insurance from colonial penn. nor did I authorize any from them. However they found it necessary to take one month premium out of my bank without my approval. They are agreeing to give me back the cash value of $25. This is outrageous theivery and out and out robbery

Shame on Colonial Penn
My poor mom paid $85 per month for years for a $3,500 policy. I'm so mad at myself for not knowing this. Colonial Penn SUCKS.

If I could go lower than 1 star
If I could go lower than 1 star , I would. I have been with Colonial Penn for 5yrs, now for some reason they have been very rude, unprofessional, stop my auto payment without my permission, stated that they send me my request forms by mail within these last few months, which I haven't. I received other mail at my new address, but nothing from them. I'm so disappointed that I didn't do my research on Colonial Penn. This has been a rip off from the start, looking back on misleading infor on the units, which each unit is a policy that I wasn't informed at the beginning, which left me confused and mislead. Now at 69 yrs old, it's a must that I find another Life Insurance at my age. Colonial Penn took my money for the last 5yrs, and making it very stressful to opt out, needless to say again they rip me off. Colonial Penn needs to be held accountable for their actions towards their clients, lying, misleading, and so forth. SHAME ON COLONIAL PENN!!
