Christine H. created a safe, productive space to work with our son. She is clear and concise when she communicates with us. She set expectations and followed through. She is responsive, kind, and thoughtful. Along with us (his parents), Christine is our son's biggest supporter. We really feel like she's part of our son's "team"- and we feel especially thankful she is our son's coach. As parents, we found the portal "Wisernet" extremely valuable. We knew what was happening every step of the way. The Collegewise service: you get what you paid for and it's worth every penny!

When our counselor made a career change right before my daughter's senior year, and we had to choose a new counselor to work with, I was very nervous and apprehensive about working with a brand new counselor for my daughter's senior year. We were paired up with Nichelle and all my fears went away because Nichelle is experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and has a great, positive and caring attitude. She immediately put me at ease and was always responsive, ready to work and help, and made us feel like we were on top of the college application process. She went above and beyond to help us, and never made me feel bad about asking so many questions. We had weekly meetings leading up to the finalization of applications, and I honestly missed seeing her face every week when all the applications were complete. I recommend Nichelle to any family who is looking for a professional and caring college counselor. You will be in good hands.

While Matt was always supportive and professional when we discussed college, giving me good advice and keeping me on a schedule that never made me stressed about college deadlines, there was an additional personal layer that made me feel like he really knew me and what I wanted. In the early stages of getting to know each other, he was very easy to talk to about what colleges I was interested in and the many ideas I had about where I wanted to go to school. He always valued my opinions and what I wanted through the process, and even recommended schools to me that he thought would be a good fit. By the end of applying to schools, he was not just a counselor, he was also a friend.

We are so grateful for Ali's help throughout this college application process! She kept us calm and balanced whenever we felt stressed. Ali had great insights about various colleges and universities as well as alternate pathways. Not only is she smart, personable, organized, and responsive but she is wise beyond her years! My family is extremely pleased with Collegewise.
