CollegeStudentTextbooks - New URL: textbooks.dadReviews of collegestudenttextbooks.com

I purchased a book on October 6, 2021, it downloaded ok, I thought I saved it, however, I tried to retrieve it and I just cannot find it. I tried the link and I keep getting, 404. That’s an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That’s all we know. My login information on their website doesn't work. I tried reaching out to this company from November 1 via email, calling and text message; and no response. Their website says the download will not expire, mine did apparently. I am sure what's going on, but it would have been nice to get a response from someone....

Tried them for the first time and my order doubled up for some reason, I emailed them for a partial refund on September 2, it is now September 13, to date I have only received 2 replies and I don't have access to the textbook. I have dealt with other vendors on PayPal and have received a refund if there was an error in pricing or with my order same day. Not sure why it would take so long to process a refund through PayPal. I have reached out to PayPal for a partial refund. However, if I don't have access to the textbook I will be requesting a full refund at this point. I am already 2 weeks into the course and I didn't want to give a negative review. I won't be able to go much longer without a textbook. I didn't want to leave a negative review at first if they were able to grant my refund in a timely manner and grant me access to the textbook. **UPDATE** I got a refund through PayPal, they did not respond in time or issue a refund voluntarily after they said they would and mentioned their accounting department would issue it on 2 occasions. I did eventually get a working link for the textbook. Just a lot of work to get money back and access to the textbook, Double check your cart before confirming the transaction, if I didn't need a refund I probably would have had access sooner and given a more positive review.

I bought a textbook from them for $13 that would have otherwise cost around $150, which was great, BUT... I got about halfway through the course and realized the book is missing pages :( I guess you get what you pay for.
