Every time I try to access the site it tells me to email the site owner but when I tried the 'contact us' page it directed me to the exact same thing so I'm not quite sure how I'm supposed to email the site owner if I can't even find any way to contact them

This site right here seems fishy. If you see something that is too good to be true a lot of the time it is. The reviews have reoccurring stories. I was skeptical, I was skeptical, I thought it was a scam. Thank you so much type you saved my life reviews. The format of these reviews is mostly the same. Barely any reviews on the shipment times, about the book itself. It would seem good that books are less expensive which is what they "say" but people don't usually get this excited over books. Like it's not like they are forgiving my student loan debt. The whole page looks like one of those spam pages that pop up on your screen telling you you should take a survey for your free $ 1000 amazon gift card then you see those fake Facebook reviews at the bottom saying. Omg, I actually received it, I thought it was a scam but it came through. lol if you see I thought it was a scam and I was skeptical so often on the reviews that should tell you something. If you want to take the chance go ahead who knows but this site seems really fishy to me.

We've been operating for over 2 years. If you don't believe us, you can try a free ebook first (we have some of those as well). If you don't want to trust anyone with your credit card info, you can use cryptocurrency as well. You are not a competitor, are you? Regards Colleen

This website is not a legitimate source for eBooks. They use a company called ‘Anonymize, Inc.’ who hide their identity. It appears as though the owner is posting positive reviews to bury the ones that scream SCAM and FRAUD. Run! Do not give your personal or financial information to this site. PS - no legitimate company would say "please do not call" on their Contact US page... Dear Colleen, perhaps you'd care to elaborate how you compensate publishers and authors for sales of their copyrighted content that you are illegally selling?

Dear Jimmy, We've never posted any review ourself nor do we buy them. You can Google us as well and hopefully you'll see postive reviews elsewhere as well, because we've been serving students for over 2 years! We operate on donations and the thinnist of margins, and can't afford to keep customer agents for voice-calls. They are expensive. We would rather put that money in our service to help students. When buying from us, the financial informtion isn't handled by us, but securely transmitted to our processors. If you don't want to give your information, we even have the option of cryptocurrency payments, where you can stay completely anonymous. P.S You are not a competitor who keeps emailing us to "increase our prices, or else..."? Not a smart move if that's the case!

I tried to purchase a book through this website. I put my card information in and it did not go through. They still somehow sent me an email saying sorry the payment did not go through due to a 'typo' and asked if I could use bitcoin or other cryptocurrency. I decided this was a big red flag and decided to go to a different website to get my book. I've read other reviews on here and people have seen different charges on the cards they are using. I didn't feel safe putting my card information in and I am just waiting for my card to have an unknown charge on it. I'm unsure if it is a scam but I definitely was not comfortable putting my information on the website.

I am so so sorry for the trouble. The email is sent automatically if your order fails for any reason (which is usually a typo or a server error, but not always). Please check again after 24 hours as we'll be adding PayPal again, perhaps, you'll be more comfortable using it. We never scam, in fact, we subsidize costs from our own pockets so the students can have a little advantage. We reply to all emails within 24-48 hours, and have a liberal refund policy. The website consistently fails to process a credit card, and follows with automated emails, pushing you to use cryptocurrency. Most likely an illegal operation, hence the push for a payment option that is more difficult to trace. I also would not be surprised to find personal information being sold to third parties.

I am very very sorry for the trouble. WE recently changed payment processors and are having some issues with them. Trying to solve it asap. Unfortunately, getting new processor's isn't easy and there are tons of requirements, paperwork and delays, hence the push for crypto, where no central authority can dictate terms. As far as your data is concerned, we don't share it with anyone. We've been operating for over 2.5 years now. Only some analytical, anonymous data is shared with Google (which 99% on the internet do), to stay relevant in their search engine. No personal data is ever shared! P.S If you use cryptocurrency, you don't even need to use any real data! Just need an email address where you can recieve your ebook! Very suspicious company. No information as to the country location of the company. They say they don't accept ApplePay, even though it appears as a payment option and doesn't work. They also say credit card payments are unavailable 'at the moment' and push potential customers towards cryptocurrency payments which means the money can't be traced by law enforcement agencies. 'Whois' information leads to a company called 'Anonymize, Inc.' who hide the identity and business address of the owners of this website. Books are a fraction of the normal cost and as others have noted, they often don't get sent or have parts missing. I'd like academic books to be cheaper, but not if they're stolen. Don't be fooled by the nice website, this is NOT a legitimate company. UPDATE: Contacted the publisher of a book on this site; they don't sell the book this way in PDF format and will forward my information to the relevant department to follow up on and have it removed for breach of copyright. Need I say more?

I am very sorry for your experience. We don't accept Apple Pay, but we do accept PayPal and Credit/Debit cards, in addition to Cryptocurrencies. We value privacy very highly and never misuse any customers data. We anonymize our web hosting to avoid DDoS attacks! If you don't like cheaper books, I am sorry, what can we say? In case you ever get a book with parts missing, we always issue a refund! Anyways, have a good day!
