Great items and communication!

Bryan has been exceptional to work with. I have reached out to him with several questions and requests over the last several weeks, and he has assisted me with every matter in a timely fashion. Iconic by Collectionzz has some of the best customer service in the business, hands down. Couldn’t recommend them any more.

Artwork is shipped in the thickest tube I received. More like pipe than cardboard for maximum protection. Regardless, UPS successfully damaged (bent) it leaving creases in the merchandise. I sent photos back in reply to Collectionzz's delivery notification and immediately got a response. They were not at fault and take steps to avoid problems like this but they owned it and made it right. Seriously good to find a company that operates like this. Thank you!

Great product Fast shipping Always packed well

I generally don't write bad reviews--there is the rest of the world for that. I do like to give positive reviews though, when warranted. I have purchased 4 posters at Iconic. Their prices are fair; the packaging, first rate; and the customer service, awesome. They are the new guys on the block, but they will be the only guys at the rate they are going.

Great posters love the artwork. They are a great buy a mystery tubs are assume !!
