Collectic HomeReviews of collectichome.com

When you go, drop by several times. Find the salesperson for you. Talk to them. I needed a patient, knowledgeable, and honest person that would help me with what I consider hard decisions. Furniture is expensive. Tell them your budget and discuss planned function. Sit with the furniture. Take your time. That's how we were able to find out perfect sleeper sofa.

this store is full of surprises & the staff is friendly & knowledgeable ...i have to stop in every couple of weeks to checkout the great ideas for the home.

An upholstered chair I purchased has a fabric defect. Unfortunately for me I missed the deadline to have it repaired without charges. I don't expect new furniture to be delivered with defects.

I purchased a very large couch, a bedroom headboard, and 5 bar stools in the Fall of 2011. Within the first month, both the headboard and the couch had issues. The back of the couch in one section had to be adjusted and refastened. The headboard had some large lump at the top and it too had to be unstapled, adjusted and reattached. The seat backs of the bar stools come lose and wiggle slightly. So, as "maintenance" we have to tighten the screws underneath. Right now there is another defect in the couch cushion. It appears the "roping/trim" on the seat cushion is slipping out of place. I need to contact the store and see about having this fixed. I know it will not be covered under warranty. In a normal situation, I agree with that. However, there have been numerous quality issues with my pieces and I wish they would fix my cushion free of charge. It's very frustrating because I truly love the pieces in the store but have not been able to go back and purchase additional furniture for my home because of the quality issue. I will say this..... all complaints were addressed immediately. The sales staff was very attentive and helpful during my search and afterwards with correcting the defects. I would consider future purchases, if I felt like steps were taken to use better quality manufacturers.

Good collection of items and helpful staff.

We've bought several furniture and accessory pieces from Collectic and couldn't be happier with our purchases. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and facilitative in finding and ordering items not on the showroom floor.

I bought a floor model cabinet knowing it had several small scratches. Collectic delayed the delivery a day once they saw the scratches, and they fixed them up to where it looked brand new. I didn't expect this!

Joni Greeson was great. She helped me find what I was looking for at reasonable price. Delivery guys were very respectful and did not damage anything! I will be back!
