Just blahhh. Thats how I feel about their products. But what makes it worse is the customer service. Just not worth buying online. I would shop elsewhere before falling back on this company to furnish your home.

Saleswoman Eleanor was very helpful in selecting fabric for a headboard that was outside the headboard manufacturer's sample fabrics. She didn't give up. Two men who installed the headboard were great too. Allowed me time to vacuum under the bed!

Very helpful. Bought a floor model then ordered another stool. Special order arrived several weeks early! Assembly was a little tricky but ok.
