Avoid at all costs unless you have weeks to spare and are happy to sit at home for 7 weeks waiting for a delivery that might not happen because they’re incompetent. Ejaz and James are two of the rudest people I’ve dealt with. It’s very obvious that they use chatGPT to deal with their queries, suggesting they have very little experience running a business and servicing customers correctly. Over 7 weeks of time wasted trying to get my item delivered, if it wasn’t for my partner really wanting the item, I’d have cancelled it and requested a full refund - although it was weeks late for the special occasion. I ordered the item on 20th September and had to chase up on two occasions. The website says 6-9 days, I waited 14, to be told DPD had an overloaded pallet which is why my parcel was delayed, I tried calling the number but never got an answer. The item was then re sent, I received tracking details for a DPD parcel but was never able to see where my parcel was, it just said “your parcel will be left in a safe place”. I then received a note through my door from UPS on 16th October, I contacted Collectible Blades who admitted that they’d sent me the wrong tracking info. The parcel was then returned to the sender as I’d missed delivery twice (purely down to not having tracking details to monitor it). I then received the below email: “Hello Rachel Thank you very much for your email. While you were away, your parcel was unfortunately returned to us. It has now arrived back at our warehouse today and will be re-dispatched to you tomorrow. Once it has been sent out, I’ll share the new tracking details with you. I have just one humble request — please kindly keep an eye on the tracking this time and make sure it is received when delivered. If anything I’ve said comes across the wrong way, please accept my sincere apologies — that’s not my intention at all. Thank you again for your patience.” Absolutely shocking customer service, putting the blame on the customer with their “humble requests”, when it’s totally their fault. I wasn’t home to take delivery, simply because they gave me the incorrect tracking details. I was then promised that they would give me accurate tracking information ahead of my product being delivered, I was given 45 minutes which meant I couldn’t be home - I work in an office and can’t be at home at the drop of a hat which they couldn’t seem to understand. Again, I wasn’t home to take this delivery because I had work commitments and 45 minutes notice isn’t sufficient time for me to get home. I chased two weeks later on 8th November to receive this message: “Hi Rachael, Hope you’re doing well. First of all, please listen — delivery was attempted twice, but you weren’t home. Now, I’ve requested UPS for the third time to move the parcel to your work address. So please be a little patient. Thank you.” I don’t know how they dare put the blame on to me and tell me to listen and have patience, when firstly they sent me the wrong tracking information and then gave me insufficient notice. They have also chosen a delivery company who only operate Mon-Fri for an item that needs signing for, this seems a bit ridiculous given most people are at work Mon-Fri and not everyone has the flexibility to work from home at short notice. I’m appalled and disgusted at the service I’ve received, I felt like I had been scammed from the minute I pressed order with their communication and their countless errors. I wouldn’t give this company a penny of my money and disregard their positive reviews as it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with online shopping - I truly hope people read this review and choose to make a purchase from another supplier because these guys don’t deserve a penny. The only reason I received my order on 9th November was because DPD found the original order eventually (a pure fluke), who knows when and if I would have received it. Aside from the poor service, my partner is happy with his item, although that doesn’t compensate. I’m glad I no longer have to deal with these people.

Collectible Blades UK deserves a -2 star review from me. The entire experience was a nightmare: the knifes I ordered looked nothing like the flashy photos and felt flimsy and poorly made. Loose parts and one of the blades where chipped Shipping took forever, over 2 months and when I reached out for support, I was either ignored or they would reply about 2 or 3 days later. I did not get tracking details until the last two days I had to pursue this to get the details they were dismissive and slow and unhelpful. The website feels misleading, the product quality is abysmal, and the service is practically nonexistent. If you value your money and time, please avoid . But on the up side I got a free knife for the inconvenience.

The worst experience I've ever had with an online purchase and customer service. These Legolas swords are not only different in shape from the original ones, which can be found at similar prices elsewhere, but identical in construction, made of wood and steel. However, they arrived without gold embroidery, but in the same color as the blade. The tip of one of the two blades is broken at the tip. The handle color is slightly different from what it appears in the photo. Instead of giving me another risky product, a refund, or a 50% coupon, they offered me a 10% refund—yes, you read that right. Plus a 15% discount, nothing, on a new product of theirs, which I no longer even trust. The assistant was passive-aggressive, the product arrived late, and I was called a "bro" on WhatsApp. I'm black. Assistant offend me with "childish drama". Agli italiani, scappate subito

Ordered a Dark Souls sword which looked really detailed and good quality. When the sword came it looked quite different so I checked the website again thinking I'd ordered wrongly. Nope, the first photo of the sword is a really nice one to catch your eye, but if you click on the other photos it's a much plainer, cheaper looking sword. This is the one you actually get. It's a real bait and switch and I've reported it to trading standards, yet to get a response.
