Deceptive photo, nearly false advertising
Ordered a Dark Souls sword which looked really detailed and good quality. When the sword came it looked quite different so I checked the website again thinking I'd ordered wrongly. Nope, the first photo of the sword is a really nice one to catch your eye, but if you click on the other photos it's a much plainer, cheaper looking sword. This is the one you actually get. It's a real bait and switch and I've reported it to trading standards, yet to get a response.

Good for beginners if viewing from…
Good for beginners if viewing from afar. The sword took a week to ship, but once it shipped, it arrived earlier than expected. It has a nice weight to it, and the blade is as described. However, I had a couple of unexpected disappointments: -The blade had a few scuffs along it. -The gold designs on the handle are almost gone, with a darkening on the wood as well, as if they've been handled for years. -The text is etched in perfectly on one side, but is etched in reverse on the other side, like looking in a mirror. And I would love it if CB could add a scabbard or sheath for this blade in the future, as they are hard to locate separately.

Incorrectly advertised.
Incorrectly advertised. Length is not correct. If you are looking for a true replica of Wm. Wallace's sword, this is not it. His was 163 cm, I purchased this one because it was close to that, advertised at 154 cm). The delivered item is 130 cm, not even close. I represent Clan Wallace at Scottish heritage events. This item is worthless to me. I contacted their customer service, UPDATED AFTER ADDITIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE: Full refund has been issued after a couple back-and-forth messages with them. I have increased the rating to reflect inconvenience and incorrect advertising - but they did make the effort to make it right after a little back-and-forth.
