Terrible New Formula My wife and I have been using Colgate toothpaste for over 40 years but because of the change in the formula we will now be switching to another brand. Since using Colgate toothpaste with the new formula we both have had irritation around our mouths and swollen lips. The taste is also terrible and no longer leaves a freshness in the mouth. Completely bad move by Colgate.

Another customer with bad feedback with their new 'improved' formula. And it's gone up massively in price! Horrible taste, doesn't clean as well and makes all the skin peel off from inside my mouth. Nasty. Will be avoiding all colgate toothpastes now. I hope they listen otherwise they're going to lose a lot of customers.

Colgate Total Active Protection - Whitening. Terrible! Has a super strong minty taste (no warning given) that is the strongest & most painful ever! The size of the box was deceiving too - tiny tube inside. Tossed it & looking elsewhere!

I bought for the first time a tube of Colgate Max White Ultimate. First of all it has a horrible blue colour that stains everything it touches including my toothbrush, towel and my teeth. It also tastes nasty - what flavour is it? After paying a lot of money for it I guess that I will have to throw it away. It’s back to Oral B for me. As an aside don’t put black text on a dark red background on the back of the tube - try Max White instead!

Abrí un bote de crema dental y mezclados con la pasta venían mosquitos muertos, tengo el bote, puedo demostrarlo. No me lo podía creer, que nos están vendiendo, como pudieron llegar esos mosquitos a dentro del bote, está claro, en el proceso de fabricación, envasado o lo que sea hay algún problema, voy a ir a denunciar a la oficina de consumo.

How did this new formula get through testing and get signed off. As many others have said it is awful and leaves my mouth feeling like it is swollen. On top of that the price has gone up so after 20 years Colgate i am moving to another brand. Please bring this to the attention of the Senior Leadership Team as heads should roll for this disaster.

The new formula across the range is terrible. Burns my mouth, tastes horrible. Why did you mess with the original....desperately trying to find another brand to use now when I have used Colegate forever. Very disappointed.

Très mauvais dentifrice . Après deux expériences négatives qui m ont conduit chez mon dentiste à cause de l apparition d’aphtes et de gonflement des gencives j’ai cessé d utiliser le dentifrice Colgate Total. Curieusement, lors du premier achat tout est rentré dans l’ordre des que je suis passé à une autre marque mais je n ai pas fait immédiatement le lien avec le tube précédent de la marque Colgate . Cette fois-ci , bis repetita et même réaction après plusieurs brossages à nouveau avec ce même dentifrice de chez Colgate . Mon chirurgien dentiste m’a confirmé que des patients s’étaient plaints pour les mêmes motifs et que ce produit a été interdit notamment au Brésil. Il m’a conseillé de cesser de l ‘utiliser immédiatement. Non seulement j ai fait cet achat pour rien ( dont le dernier un pack de 4 tubes en supermarché) mais en plus j’ai eu des frais médicaux avec une visite chez le dentiste . Ce n est vraiment pas ce que l on attend d’un dentifrice .
