Frankly disappointing that they have released a line of tooth brushes with replaceable heads then discontinue the line, making the lovely aluminium handle worth nothing more than scrap value…

Do not use Colgate - Palmolive products. AJAX Professional Bathroom Cleaner ruined my bathroom tiles, appalling customer care AJAX Professional Bathroom Cleaner ruined my bathroom tiles, leaving permanent etching that required costly professional rectification. I followed the instructions, carrying out the recommended spot test. No damage was apparent at that stage. Only once the surfaces had completely dried did the etching become visible. Colgate-Palmolive’s response made matters worse. I provided photographs and detailed my concerns about the warnings. I found the response dismissive and the lack of customer care appalling. My tiles were ruined, and I was left to bear the full cost of rectification. After both the damage and the way my complaint was handled, I would never buy another Colgate-Palmolive product. Based on my experience, do not assume that a spot test showing no immediate damage means your surfaces will be unharmed once dry!

This toothpaste has not made any difference whatsoever to my teeth. Clean does not equal white & the cleaning it offers is about as good as any cheap toothpaste. Surprised the company are not being sued for false advertising. Don't waste your money

Do NOT waste your money on this product . It’s not only useless but also damages your enamel leaving your teeth hyper sensitive . The taste is like a strong chemical and horrid. I brushed for 4 days and my teeth were exactly the same in fact I think it got yellower . I’m not a smoker or do not drink red wine so I couldn’t blame that . What did happen though I ended up with extreme sharp sensitivity when I drank water , tea or even when cold air touched my teeth . I feel like I should sue Colgate for this damage through this product . I can’t even refund my other product as I bought it online . I’ll have to pay for postage . Absolutely disappointed .

Siempre que uso la pasta dental, me salen aftas bucales, y sangre de las encías porque se me inflaman, anteriormente ya habían tenido un problema por eso, deberían darle seguimiento real. Ya que puede ser nocivo para la salud bucal, y las infecciones que puede ocasionar.

Vergonzoso. Compro un bote de pasta de dientes de vuestra marca, abro la caja y me encuentro con un botecito súper pequeño que no guarda ninguna relación con el tamaño del envoltorio exterior. Esto es una tomadura de pelo y una auténtica estafa al consumidor. Menos packaging engañoso y más respeto.

I have been using the green and blue Mint Savacol for years, now the stuff in the 'white bottle' with the crap lid and expiry date, it has completely stopped working. Colgate quietly reduced the active Chlorhexidine strength from the original 2mg/mL down to a weak 1.26mg/mL, and removed the alcohol. It has zero potency now and feels like rinsing with plain water. I have officially given up on Colgate and swapped to Difflam Plus (the pink bottle), which worked way better instantly."

I teach product design and can I please give feedback on your water flosser. I've tried a couple of these and to be honest your water flosser has to be the worst product design I've ever experienced in anything. I understand why some decisions have been made and it seems that there has been a focus on making this compact. Great, however, the nozzle rotates so as you try point in the correct position it rotates in your mouth. Another flaw is the on off button. Difficult to locate and you have to turn off while in your mouth which is common but because the on off is difficult to locate you're sitting there with water spraying in your mouth trying to locate. And the biggest flaw is the top retracts in where the water is located when using it hiding the on off button, so you cant turn off until you open the water compartment.
