I feel I must write a note on how people could recover their money. I had been scammed by another product. That never arrived. I was able to contact my bank . Who then looked into the case. They actually managed to recover my money for me. Hope this may help some people. It makes me so angry when you have paid for something and not get a good product or never received. Good luck.

i would give it zero star if that was an option complete waste of money its just a fan. facebook and its own website false advertise this its not like air con and no cooling its a tiny desk top fan certainly not work £60 + . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Having read the reviews after ordering a Coldeez portable AC unit I cancelled my order. Within 24 hours I had confirmation that my order had been cancelled and a refund was being processed. I have to say I was very impressed and felt I had to put a positive review about their customer service.

I would give less than 1 star if I could. The adverts (various different companies lead to the same place) are totally not true. It says it has a water tank - I have yet to find it!!! When fully charged it lasts about 1 hour. It is nothing but an expensive, useless fan. I thought I was dealing with a UK business - but when asking for a refund (supposedly guaranteed) I have been told to return to an address in Hong Kong - Postage costing as much as I paid!!! AVOID!!!

Je viens de récupérer ce "super climatiseur" dans ma boîte à lettre. C'est juste un mini ventilateur (70 € compris les frais de livraison). Produit très décevant. Je déconseille l'achat très fortement

Don't buy. It shouldn't be allowed to advertise on Facebook. I bought it in good faith because my 1st floor flat is unbearable with south-east heatwave. It arrived all it is is a small desk tower that blows out air. The battery only lasts 2 hours. It certainly is not worth £86.

The item is not what it claims to be. It is just a fan, has to be in front of you to get any benefit. Well overpriced for an item with false advertising on Facebook. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
