ColdeezReviews of coldeez.com

These units are a scam think about it they would need contenders water and ice to work before ordering check on trustpilot first. I can't believe google allow these adds

I ORDERED THIS ON 29TH JUNE...STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVE IT..MY FRIEND ORDERED ON SAME DAY NOT RECEIVED. WHAT POOR SERVICE. WHY IS FACE BOOK ADVERTISING THIS??? I REALLY WANT MY MONEY BACK BUT NO WAY OF COTACTING COMPANY.

I ordered via Chicharm a company advertising the Coldeez products. I received a simple tower fan not the Ace cooler. It is not the correct item I am convinced they are sending these fans out instead of the ice cooler. There is nowhere to add water. To add insult to injury they have told me to return to China at my expense $50-70 and offered $10 compensation. I will not accept this and will hound them

Delivered today, the picture of the machine shows all the different parts but nothing mentions water tank, there are no instructions on how to open the tank or where it is, i have pressed everything on this machine but cannot find anything. On the hottest day in the UK i could have used this if i could get it working. If anyone can help with instructions i would really appreciate help.

Absolutely a con made in China a complete waste of money avoid

Absolute rubbish, only runs for an hour and not very powerful, should be done under the trade descriptions act. Would be OK if it costs about £10 but not the money they charge for it.

Total waste of money!! Ordered from a firm in canada:- "ChiCharm" but sent from China - "Tootsoo" They are just fans and the battery lasts only 2-3 hours (after full charge). Not an aircooler, just a recycling system Do not buy - I have requested a refund I have given 1 star but would like to make that a NEGATIVE

Cheap plastic fan that has no cooling features, maybe worth £5 on temu. Dont waste your money
