ColdeezReviews of coldeez.com

I received 3 of these fans,I too like many other customer expected a water tank to support the freeze cooling on the highest setting..no tank..I asked on google which said it was at the back,I undid the 2 screws, nothing comes apart.all moulded plastic..I originally contacted my credit card company as not received, then they came via yodel…now I’ve contacted them saying received but not as shown on advert..I have offer £15 back instead of sending them Back and paying the postage to china,I replied asking for more as these sell for a lot less than what I paid…I have also instructed my bank to pushed the charge back..hope everyone gets there money back

86 quid for a fan, that's not worth more than 20! Avoid!!!

Even one star is high for the product . It is cheap weak plastic fan that should not cost more that £10 I paid £80 with the shipping cost , I feel I have been robbed by a misleading add of an AC , I got a weak fan . Do not fall into this trap Maya

Also had problem locating where you are supposed to put the water into the Coldeez cooling AC. There are no instructions in box and no obvious markings on fan itself. Can anyone help??

I received a tower fan and not the Coldeez ace that I had ordered. They offered me $15 rather than send it back as they wanted me to pay the return postage. I feel that this is a con and do not any circumstances buy this.

This is a scam that is preying on those struggling in the heat. There is no evaporation unit, it's a fan from China. I'm trying to get a refund on behalf of my old dad, they say he has to return to China. Looking to PayPal for compensation. Avoid.

£60 for something that just blows air around. Coldeez cooling ace is utter garbage they say on their website this cools any room in seconds absolute lie! It says it has a freeze function which again is utter nonsense. Coldeez need to be shut down now and stop misleading people into thinking there getting an ice cold cooler absolute rubbish 😡 Trading standards need to investigate

I’d give zero star if I could. I was scammed into buying 2 of these fans. The ad looked genuine and I thought these would be perfect. They arrived today and nowhere to put any water, they are also noisy, even though ad said very quiet, no they are not. And to top it off I even bought an extended warranty. Cannot believe I fell for this one. They make you think it’s a uk company and delivery. No it’s not, they’re from China. Cheap crap and costing a lot for what they are. I’m angry with myself for falling for it. And they gave a cheek to say but only from them as there are fake/false sites. This is a scam company and being as it’s China what chance has anyone got to get money back, tho I will try even if I can get a chargeback through my credit card. I’ve emailed them so will see what response comes back. Probably be I’ve got to pay postage and if it’s resealable I’ll get a refund. Same old story from these companies who entice you in
