these guys are useless. i have been a client since 2017, service was great. they went to V2.... worst thing they could do. SO many bugs, cant deal with institutional accounts, cant get a reply in less than a month for support of their product not working. i tried, and have been left in the dark for an issue about reporting and continuity, for many months before a reply to 'try' and fix the issues i have had for over 6 months, asking for the same information in my original ticket. Ada, and Sabastian have tried, but i get a responce every fwe months to ask 'is your issue still an issue' and then do nothing, of not respond to a support emali for over 2 weeks.....SO done with these guys. they used toi have a GREAT product, now they are struggling, and cant even give support to long term customers. i pay for a year in full... the past 2 yreas, nothing has worked, and the supposet has been garbage.... i am leaving the platform, and ask ALL who use it to boycott this useless, failing company, who cannoy evewn support their long term clients. im out, never coming back, and will advocate to anyone thinking about using this service. its like a garage run SaaS shop. i hope they burn to the ground, and it takes their family with them......

Stay away from this dangerous company.

I am already 5 years trying to cancel my subscription. I have mailed them and they told me they would cancel. But then still the invoice keeps coming in. Really frustrating.

They're lying when they state on their website that they have 24/7 support. After the free trial I paid for a one month subscription, and after more than 40 hours, they have yet to reactivate my account. Unacceptable. I had to really dig to find their support page and contact information. I was told that they'd get to me during a weekday; this is not what I would call 24/7 support.

Coinigy claim that they can connect you to 45 crypto exchanges. Well, it looks more like they can do 10. I have asked support to explain but they went missing. Since writing this review I got a refund which is fair enough. The charting problem I mentioned was misunderstood but as I wrote to support the problem is gone for now. It works like that. It is a pity that not so many excganges are supported with trading.
