River Valley in Trumbull Connecticut it is not worth the rent charged
River Valley in Trumbull Connecticut is an attractive facility well-maintained I lived. There are two months and left November 24, 2024, even though I was paid through the end of November, Initially River Valley told me there was a 45 day rent concession when I decided to go there the rent concession was changed to 30 days and it was reduced further when I was sent a contract to sign Shelley and Oscar are a husband and wife team and managers. They are always helpful and pleasant. I cannot say he’s the same for the employees who sometimes sit at the front desk. The front desk is off and not occupied. Travis is rude and has a chip on his shoulder. He actually hung up the phone on me. The girl is equally difficult when I asked how to turn on the TV which is included in the rental, she told me to call OPTIMUM. and left the room with our explaining how she you see three different remotes to turn on the TV I was charged $3000 of my $3500 security deposit to replace the carpet which has a small stain and covered only a portion of the small room. I did not receive any receipts. I could have covered an entire house with the quality of carpet that was replaced
