No problems generally with this company, excellent pricing...but for this delivery it took substantially longer than usual. As a caveat I recommend all orders be sent by UPS or FedEx (Ok to charge) and not use the USPS which is hard to track and generally much slower.

The website was user friendly, the prices were the best I found, the transaction simple and the delivery prompt. I have already placed additional orders with them. The only thing they could have done better was to be better over the phone.
