The team at Coinguide is knowledgeable, helpful and accessible, they answer the phone! Great pricing and product is received as promised.

No problems generally with this company, excellent pricing...but for this delivery it took substantially longer than usual. As a caveat I recommend all orders be sent by UPS or FedEx (Ok to charge) and not use the USPS which is hard to track and generally much slower.

would have been a 5 except for fed ex delivery.i asked them not to use fed ex .

Directions for purchase were clear and accurate. The coins arrived as described.

The one star is not about the company nor product. its the fact that they use the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE! These liars stated that I signed for this package (email proof). When in reality, they left it in my mailbox. I SPECIFICALLY requested a signature proof be made upon delivery. With the client and IN BOLD to the delivery contractor!! Stop cutting corners, and start using UPS or FED- EX!! The USPS cannot be trusted. I also made a shocking discovery - one the the USPS employees FORGED my signature, and had the gall to send it to me! i filed a complaint with them but, dont expect much, since it is a govt agency.

Took awhile to get coins but otherwise smooth transaction.
