The one star is not about the company…
The one star is not about the company nor product. its the fact that they use the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE! These liars stated that I signed for this package (email proof). When in reality, they left it in my mailbox. I SPECIFICALLY requested a signature proof be made upon delivery. With the client and IN BOLD to the delivery contractor!! Stop cutting corners, and start using UPS or FED- EX!! The USPS cannot be trusted. I also made a shocking discovery - one the the USPS employees FORGED my signature, and had the gall to send it to me! i filed a complaint with them but, dont expect much, since it is a govt agency.

I'm sorry to hear about your expereince with the postal service. We (as a company) try to avoid shipping via the USPS as much as we can. Some remote addressses and post office boxes require us to ship by USPS as fedex nor ups will deliver to those locations. We will always accomodate a clients specific carrier or choice at no cost. In the future simply let us know and we can try to avoid shipping by the postal service. We would appreicate you changing the review, as it gives the impression that we did something wrong.
