Great service with my Loan Analyst
My name is Dale Williams, owner of Investment Capital Solutions, LLC. I've had the awesome privilege of working with the very best loan analyst I know in the business. It has been a great pleasure to work with Abie Cole, she's a true professional who gets things done quickly and accurately to move loans through the process. It's no wonder that she has received a recent promotion. While I will miss working with her, I'm happy for her as she moves to a new level with the company. I pray for much continued success for Abie in all she desires to achieve in life.

Worst lender ever!!
It is impossible to get a loan from them. Don't lose money like I and my friends. You will never get a loan from them. They will promise you big numbers, but in reality, the way they make money is by scamming people. They have never closed a loan yet. All 5 stars you see are fake and paid reviews.

My first Fix & Flip transaction
My first Fix & Flip transaction. 100% Financing! I was not only the buyer in a joint venture with a partner, but I also acted as the Private Money Broker on the loan. The experience was great. Kyra was there from start until finish to answer all questions. Ashlee was spot on as the processor. It went through Underwriting very smoothly. Closed in 2 weeks. Overall great experience!
