I attended a seminar recently for COGO Capital and was very impressed. They offer 100% asset based financing for fix and flips regardless of credit. Also, tuition reimbursement for many of the education programs they have available. Outstanding!

When I came to this training I has looking for money. But what I found was many ways of using real estate as a tool to make money. Also a great support and training team that I need to build the business I want.

Very bad experience, I was told that the application fee will be refunded if I am not gong ahead with the loan estimate provided. Definitely not using them again.

We decided to pursue the new 30 year program for our rental property through Cogo as soon as we heard about it. We had done a 12 month refi/rehab that was soon to be up. Boy are we glad we did ! Feel a great privilege to be the first through this process. All Cogo people were great with their help, especially MIKE EVANS! Couldn't ask for a better loan man to see us through. He really hit the ball out of the park! And Jaclyn Olsen supplied the direction and expertise to keep this project on track. I highly recommend this and Cogo's other loan offerings to any who need Private Money loans.

Really love working here! I get to help people everyday create a financially stable lifestyle! No more working for wages, no more just getting by, no more paycheck to paycheck, but most importantly, they get more time to spend with there family! I've seen people turn there lives around completely after working our programs. The ones that put in the effort and listen and learn from our company, produce deals after deals and create so much capital. We get more of what we want by helping others get more of what they want. Change your life for the better, give us a call.

I find it very easy to get fix and flip loans for myself and my clients with Cogo. Questions are answered quickly, they actually want to make the loans, and they do all they can to make the loan process painless.

After paying over $4k in upfront fees, being very transparent, doing everything requested and sending documents far above and beyond, we were denied last minute and referred to their lawyer for and follow up questions. Still no solid explanation as to why.
