Easy to use and helpful

Very useful!

I was looking to build a form that is complex - maybe I don't fully understand what I needed to do, your system was not immediately easy or intuitive for me to navigate to build that form, so after a small attempt I abandoned your service. I thought it felt a bit small, as in the font style and I didn't think I would be able to easily achieve what I wanted

Everthing's nearly perfect. It's very easy to build forms and handle the data management without guildance or support. One thing can be improved is the time duration needed for loading the blank form to display on a web page using the Seamless embed code. It would be perfect if the flywheel just appears less than a quater of a second while loading. Comparetively, the Iframe embed code works much faster. From my experience, when Seamless works with a webpage built by the Godaddy's Website Builder, my desktop PC would abnormally heat up to a high temperature. The overheating happens during website building and/or browsing that webpage on any Windows desktop. Iframe does not have the same problem.

Easy to use and seems like I am a pro whenever I use it. Thank you so much.

You guys are the best, I love you guys and the forms. Is there a plugin for your form. Thanks

Cognito Forms is exactly what I had been looking for, I just wanted a quick, easy way to make some forms, and this was able to do that and more! I have already recommended the site to a few of my friends and coworkers.

Having created forms in various ways over the years in google forms, microsoft forms and directly in HTML back in the day, I can safely say that Cognito is more straightforward and has great inter-formfield interaction that even a relative novice can use. My only setup gripe is that "help" text can only be set after a field - be nice to be able to also have this before if desired on a field by field basis (unless I missed something). I am still waiting to see how it works when users submit forms, but the initial setup looks promising.
