Awesome free product, no strings. Cognito Forms is intuitive, free, and powerful. Most features are open for all users to use (including common tools that are price-locked by other forms solutions). This includes sending emails to those who completed the form, reminders to yourself, customising the form, loads of submissions (I have no idea what the limit is, but I haven't hit it after heavy usage). I've never had to contact support (the product is that good) so I tried to come up with a bogus issue. Staff were quick to respond and helped me fix my 'task'. ( I wish I could gatekeep this product, but it is simply outstanding and I always rave on about it when making forms. Crazy, eh? I love it. You will love it. Use it now!!

CognitoForms is great for any business that needs multiple or various types of forms, checklists and more. Everything is fully customizable and being able to add varying content based upon user input. Some experience or practice is needed to use CognitoForms but once you have the hang of it, it’s great!

I am so glad I found this company. I was using another service for 7 years and spending way more money on it. Cognito Forms is better and does everything I want. My bookings are a bit complicated, but Cognito Forms works perfectly for everything I want. I emailed their customer service a few times for help, and they were quick to respond and help me. The system took me some time to learn, but much less time than from other companies. I don't know why everyone doesn't use this company.

To develop the forms were very easy. Although when I transferred the forms to a program Prezio, the forms were not interactive. Which that would of been wonderful. I was new to both programs. Thank you for suppling a start for the project for my classwork.
