Cognito forms changed their interface and in the process have deleted one of the forms we use on daily basis. Impossible to get hold of so we have been unable to register any people today which has affected our business. We have sent messages to support and no reply. As we are based in the UK I expect they will revert back when we have already left the office. An absolute nightmare

I've written a couple of emails asking if they have Spanish translation of the survey I created. I got back the recieved your email, don't respond to this, but still no answer. We will have to have someone translate it into Spanish, print it out and send it as a hard copy because we can't get it translated on the site. I'm hoping maybe you can get them to give me a real answer to my question. Kris Ross

Hi Kris! I would recommend creating a copy of your form and setting the location settings (found under form settings on the Build page) to your desired country and language. Then, you can manually add your translated copy. Hi Angela! We do not currently offer the ability to collect credit card numbers directly through your forms. I found I got bogged down in creating a simple 1 page form. I did not find the process to work for me as I was not able to complete the form. I abandoned the process. Perhaps I need to hire a professional form-designer? I used to just take this to a printing company with a sketch for offline form design. I had a form I could just copy but was unable to figure out how. Just a few simple fields for people to fill in. You'd think it would be simple to create.

Forms were not limiting no of entries which was discussed via email before even signing up for the paid version of the product. Mail has been sent to support and no response more than a week later. Additionally simple things such as viewing all entries in a single dashboard so that a comprehensive export for a full month for accounting etc is not an option. With the current interface you have to click into each form and export the entries which is time consuming.
