Cognito FormsReviews of cognitoforms.com

User friendly and faster to create forms.

New to Cognito Forms, on the $15 plan. We are using Cognito Forms for a new Community Event. There was a learning curve but once I created one form, I was a pro! Cognito Forms had everything we were looking for: signatures, online payments, and doc uploads. We could also charge the payee the extra cc fees. Of course, we give an option to mail a check. With us being a non-profit, the price was great and worth it for everything to be online. I plan to use this software for volunteer sign-up closer to time of the event.

My first part of my training was clear and understandable. I look forward to learning more about the areas in Cognito that give you fare more options when creating a form. Everyone kept in contact and asked me how I have been doing; that was good.

I don't like how the link times out whenever I use it on my social media platform.

I love the ease of use that that is platform provides. The forms are easy to create and are highly customizable. I would love to do more business with Cognito Forms in the neat future.

Very easy to use and love that you can add logic to questions so only needed form fields will appear.

We recently used Cognito Forms to help screen applicants for cat rescue adoption. The form set up process was very intuitive. The process of sharing the link with applicants and subsequent screening was very easy. Thanks to Cognito Forms we feel more confident that our wonderful rescue cats and kittens are getting loving homes they deserve.

I was recruited to be a website coordinator for a regional art club. Google forms had been letting the group down, off and on, for months. We relied on that form to immediately inform us of new members, their contact and artistic information and their dues. As we grew tired of creating a "work-around", I started to look other places. My personal IT tech suggested trying another forms supplier, specifically Cognito Forms. In less that 20 minutes, he remotely had it set up for me, and before the day was over, it was seamlessly sending up-to-date member submissions to all who need them. Not looking back to google for help, again!!
